Return Policy:
If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, you can return the product to us. You can return the product without any additional return fees, and you will be reimbursed for the defective product.
Products must be returned to us unused, in good condition, in their original box and packaging, within 48 business hours of the delivery date. We will not accept returns of any product(s) if the original packaging has been opened. Please note that there is a return fee of 40 riyals if the product(s) have not been opened.
For products with a Gold Guarantee, customers are entitled to return the product provided that the product(s) are unopened and can test the fragrance using the enclosed sample.
For products covered by the Gold Guarantee, the order value will be refunded after deducting the shipping fee.

If the shipment is returned due to the customer's failure to respond or the customer's incorrect address, the customer will be charged the shipping cost again if they wish to ship it again.
Products purchased using vouchers, credit cards, or any other electronic payments cannot be returned in cash. Refunds will only be made through the original payment method, which is electronic payments. Cash on delivery will be a cash transfer.
